control. they are trying to clean up and put a tarp over the roof to stop more rain from coming inside the building. look at some of the video we shot when the fire started. it is a single alarm fire and crews got to the seen and they understand the call came if after 2:30 a.m. with no injuries reported and it is in the residential area a block from children's hospital. the building houses administration offices for children's hospital. the fire is considered "suspicious" because it started outside of the building. you can see the damage site still smells like smoke but i want you to see how close i am to the building next to me. crews did not want the fire to spread.

teen. he was removed from the boy scouts but do not think they are related to cutting. >> army official say the soldier behind a mass shooting at ft. hood saw a psychiatrist last month and showed no sign of likely violence to himself or others. the 34-year-old specialist, ivan lopez, killed three people before turning the gun on himself. there was a possible verbal altercation before the shooting. he never saw combat during a deployment to iraq and three of the 16 wounded people remain in serious condition but they are all expected to survive. >> members of california's search-and-rescue team are headed to the mudslide in washington state. the death toll from the mudslide north of seattle is up to 30 people, the latest identified victims is a 13-year-old boy, 15 people now are still missing. >> it is almost 4:35.

police could have a new tool to bus solo drivers who sneak into car pool. xerox is working on new technology to catch violators with a camera that captures an image of occupants and the
